September & October 2024 Credit Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail Virgin Voyages’ “September & October 2024” Credit Offer. Eligible Bookings will get a certain percentage off a booking
for a second person traveling in company.

• Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller:
  • Buy One Fare Get a Second Fare 70% off all open inventory. Under the
    ”September & October 2024” Offer through 23 October 2024, Virgin
    Voyages will provide a total discount of up to 35% off both Sailor 1 and
    Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to
    sail together in an Eligible Cabin on an Eligible Booking (see sections 2
    and 3.1).

This offer will be marketed as a “buy one fare get a second fare 70% off Eligible
Bookings.”

2. Eligible Bookings. Eligible bookings are those purchased between 12:01 a.m. EDT on 30 August 2024 through 11:59 p.m. EDT on 23 October 2024. Eligible voyage dates are those non-charter, open, revenue voyages.

3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The September & October 2024 Credit Offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

3.1. Eligible Cabins, the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider cabins are eligible for the percentage off in the ”September & October 2024” Offer. The Sea Terrace Meta
Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. The Sailors to whom the two bookings apply must travel in the same cabin.

3.2. Charter voyages are excluded from the September & October 2024 Credit Offer.

3.3. Interaction with the following offers, discounts, or credits:

• FL Resident Rate
• Affinity Circles

The September & October Credit Offer is not combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits:

• Interline Rates
• Brilliant 4 U Pass
• Sail & Save
• Casino Bookings
• Reduced rate programs
• Any other tactical offers

4. Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies apply. We reserve the right to modify this offer at any time.

Paid In Full Discount Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Overview. When booking an eligible cabin, and when available to be applied during our reservation booking process, you may select the “Pay in Full” option while booking your voyage reservation. Pay your cabin in full to receive a 5% discount off your Voyage Fare excluding taxes and fees. Full payment must be received within 2 hours of applying the discount, when booking your voyage.

The 5% Pay in Full Now Discount is applicable to Voyage Fare only and is not offered on the taxes and fees. The entire cabin must be paid in full to receive this discount.

Paying one’s cabin “in full” means (i) the Voyage Fare is paid, (ii) taxes and fees are paid, and (iii) Voyage Protection (if opted for) is paid at the time of booking. Any cabin that chooses the Pay in Full option, but does not pay in full within two (2) hours of the booking will no longer be eligible for the discount.

To calculate the 5% Pay in Full Now Discount, we will take the listed Voyage Fare minus any additional discounts, and based on that newly discounted Voyage Fare, apply the 5% discount when the “Pay In Full” option is selected during the booking process.

2. Eligibility/Caveats

2.1 This offer is eligible for bookings on an eligible voyage purchased between 12:01a.m. EDT on 30 August 2024 through 11:59 p.m. EST on 12 November 2024.

2.2. The discount applies only to the Voyage Fare, and does not include shore excursions (“Shore Things” in our marketing parlance), taxes and/or fees, transfers, or any other add-ons. Please note all discounts will be reflected as one lump discount on your confirmation email. Further, partial (discounted/non-full Fare) access keys may be excluded.

2.3. Eligible Voyages. Eligible voyages are sailings departing on all vessels in 2025 and 2026 only. The offer is not eligible for charter voyages. Sailors booking a voyage within 120 days of sailing departure are not eligible for this offer.

2.4. Eligible Cabins. Eligible Cabins for the “Paid In Full Discount” Offer are as follows:
XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Limited View Sea Terrace, The Sea View, and The Insider. Lock-it-in cabins are excluded.

2.5. Interaction with the following offers, discounts, or credits:

The “Paid In Full Discount” Offer is combinable with the following offers,
promotions, discounts, or credits:

• My Next Virgin Voyage Offer
• Affinity Circles

The "Paid In Full Discount” Offer is not combinable with any other offers, promotions, discounts, or credits. Tour Operators are not eligible for this offer.

3. These terms and/or eligible voyages are subject to change with or without notice. Please note all discounts will be reflected as one lump discount on your confirmation email.

Exclusive Sailor Loot Terms & Conditions:

Sailor Loot is Virgin’s cheeky way of saying onboard credit. Once on board, Sailors can use it to make purchases on items like specialty drinks, spa treatments, tattoos, retail, Shore Things and more! Unlike Future Voyage Credit, Sailor Loot cannot be used on pre-voyage purchases, including Bar Tab. All Sailor Loot is dedicated to the sailing it is applied to, and any unused funds will not be refunded or rolled over after the voyage ends. $100 Sailor Loot is per cabin on select sailings. Applicable on all cabin categories for new bookings only. Booking cannot be made within 7 days of the sail date. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., charter voyages) and contractual Circles are excluded from this offer. Sailor Loot is combinable with all current offers & My Next Virgin Voyage as long as it is for an eligible sailing. The $100 onboard credit is not combinable with contracted Circles bookings, or with deeply discounted Voyage Fare rates (including, but not limited to some Access Keys, Sweepstakes, Casino, Charters, Interline Rates, First Mate Rates, etc.). $100 Sailor Loot is not automatically added at time of booking. Virgin Voyages will manually add the $100 credit to new qualifying bookings within 7 days of the booking being confirmed.
