Most conscientious, great follow through !
Laura is the best!! It is wonderful to deal with one agent that knows exactly what airlines seats, hotels, cars and vacation destination we like so there are no surprises. She is quick and responsive, incredibly reliable, and is a superstar when travel plans change (weather, trip changes, cancellations).

My husband and I found working with Laura to be very easy. She listened well and patiently answered all of our ”first-time-traveler” questions. She consistently responded in a timely manner- even when we had to contact her from England due to a last minute change of plans. We are already working with Laura to plan our NEXT trip.

BahaMar was our best trip ever!
Laura has been so easy to work with and very knowledgeable on all destinations we have looked at or she has chosen for us. We have even been in an emergency situation while in Bahamas and she had us on a flight in 4 hours. She’s awesome and would refer to all!

Booking cruises with Laura is always a delight!
In 2018, she planned a Riverboat cruise up the Colombian Snake River through American Queen Voyages. It was such a fun and unique experience and we are looking forward to booking our next adventure!
